Deepak has more than 30 years experience and is a seasoned Investment Banking and Corporate Finance professional.
His prior stint was as Senior Director at MAPE Advisory Group (merged with Incred now), one of the eminent investment banks in India wherein he was in leadership position for more than 10 years. He set up and grew Structured Finance practice at MAPE apart from handling Corporate Advisory assignments.
His illustrious career is marked with initiation and closure of several complex transactions including capital raising and advisory services for entities such as ESSAR, RPG, L & T, GE Shipping, Café Coffee Day, IFCI, Dhunseri, Ocean Sparkle, KLT group, Global Investment House, Kuwait among others.
Deepak is a BE from MNNIT Allahabad and MBA from JBIMS Mumbai.

Shishir was Senior Partner at Dalal & Shah, one of India’s largest audit firms employing more than 400 professionals before the firm was sold to Price Water House.
He has been actively involved in various advisory assignments for large Indian groups like Aditya Birla, Bajaj, Bharat Forge, Kirloskar, Jain Irrigation and Parle among others.
His noteworthy M & A transactions include sale of beverages brand belonging to the promoters of Parle Group to Coca Cola Company, sale of OCB Oilfield Services to Gulf Capital, Abu Dhabi and majority sale in Conmat Systems to KYB, Japan.
Shishir is a FCA by qualification and sits on the board of numerous companies in India including SAFL (NBFC) and Keynote Corporate Services.

Prasad was a Partner at B.K Khare & Co., one of India’s leading audit firms. He has over two decades of experience as Partner in other Audit Firms such as E & Y, BDO and S. V. Ghatalia.
He worked as a Partner of S. V. Ghatalia & Associates for 15 years which was later merged with E&Y.
Prasad has experience of various types of statutory audit and advisory assignments in diverse sectors such as Chemicals, Retail , Manufacturing & Healthcare.
His engagements also include process reviews for purchases, sales & marketing and due diligence assignments for Chemical, Infrastructure and Engineering companies.
FCA by qualification, Prasad has handled number of advisory assignments for reputed groups like United Phosphorous, Thermax, Jain Irrigation, Aditya Birla, J L Morison , Deepak Nitrite & Excel Industries.

Gautam has over 20 years of experience in M&A, special situation financings, financial & operational restructurings in Indian markets.
He has diverse sectoral experience in Infrastructure, Water, Steel, Textiles, Education, Shipping & Logistics, Newspapers, Renewables, Agro products and Pharmaceuticals.
He has past experiences with InCred Capital, KPMG, PwC, Whitewater Corporate Advisory and Dun & Bradstreet.
He has an MBA from the SIES College of Management Studies & Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA – Finance) from Baruch College, City University of New York, USA.

Mr. Agrawal has over four decades of rich experience in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking.
He has spearheaded various transactions both in Debt and Equity Capital Markets, predominantly in the areas of Debt Syndication, Restructuring, M&A, Corporate Advisory & Fund raising- PE / IPO.
He earlier stint was with SMC Group as Director- Investment Banking.
He is a Science Graduate and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
